All in or fold is one very unique sitngo. A lot of poker players play these sitngos for fun. How to play? It’s very simple. You either fold your hand or go all in. With a game simple as this it is very easy to get knocked out of these sitngos. All in or fold sit and gos are one of the fastest sitngos around. You should follow the bankroll management rules.
All in or Fold Bankroll Management
You can follow the standard bankroll management rules for sitngos with an all in or fold sitngo. Your bankroll should be a minimum of 20 buyins for the given level you are playing. For example, if you are playing the $5 buyins. Your bankroll should be $100.

Early Stage Strategy
In the early stages of an all in or fold sitngo. You should have a very small hand range because players will be getting knocked out quickly. Poker hands to play; AA, KK, QQ, JJ, 1010, and 99. With a tight hand like this you will see a few blinds before you get one to play. In the event your chip stack start to drop without getting one of these hands you should open up your hand range to 88, 77, and 66.
Mid Stage Strategy
In the mid stages of the all in or fold sit and go there should only be 5 or 6 players left. You should have a nice chip stack size. This allows you to open up your hand range to play AA, KK, QQ, JJ, 1010, 99, 88, 77, and 66. However, if someone has an bigger chip stack push all in before you while you are holding a mid or low pair like 66. I recommend folding the hand.
Late Stage Strategy
In the late stages of the all in or fold sit n go there are 4 players left. You don’t want to be the bubble so tighten up your hand range here. Only play the top pairs AA, KK, QQ, JJ, 1010, and maybe 99 if you haven’t got a pair in awhile.
